Dear non-active Value Addon customers.

On October 11th 2022, we will be deleting all inactive Value Addon accounts and their stored data from our servers. This means that if you’ve been a previous Value Addon customer and you’ve canceled your account or failed your billing attempts, and you are no longer an “active & paying” Value Addon customer, we will be deleting all your data, including your course file data from our servers permanently.

If you’d like to download a backup of your information, you’ll need to reactivate your account before October 11th 2022 and download your account data as soon as possible.

Which data will be deleted?

Your Value Addon profile

All of your associated Value Addon membership sites


All course files and content (videos, audios, PDFs, and more)


Your student email records


Your student’s payment history and student logs


How can I reactivate my account and keep my data?

Only active account holders can download their data from our servers. Do download your data, you’ll just need to subscribe again and your data will be not deleted during our deletion day. As long as you have an account by October 11th, 2022, then you’ll be able to back up your data or you can continue with your membership site.

Steps to reactivate:

Only 1 site: If you only had 1 membership with Value Addon, go here and pay (be sure to use the SAME email as you originally had on file): Pay to reactivate here

To download your course data:

After you’ve paid and reactivated your account, login to your account, open your store, then…

  1. Go to > Manage Content
  2. Then click on “Manage” next to your course. This will take you to a view of all your course content and lessons.
  3. Click on “edit” next to each lesson
  4. Scroll down the lesson page until you find the “Upload your content” section.
  5. Right-click on each lesson file and press “save file as” or “save link as” or “download linked file” and download your content.
  6. Repeat this process for each lesson.

To login: Once you’ve paid and reactivated your account, go to https://app.valueaddon.com/users/login and use the SAME credentials as your original login. Since you are a “returning customer,” the system will use your original login details and it will not issue new login details.
